I got this card because I am a huge football fan and I buy a lot of stuff from nfl.com and nfl stores. For me, it is an opportunity to earn reward points to save money on future purchases. The 20% discount is also a huge help. For those who do not shop a lot at nfl stores, I really do not see the point of getting this card though from the reviews I've read, it seems like a good card to get your score up.

Had a mid 600 score and got a $1500 CL. I have had 3 other cards for the last 2 years and have paid on time and in full. Utilization is low at about 25%. I got into trouble a few years ago and the last 2 years have been in a clean up mode.

From my experience, I can say that if you shop at nfl.com, you will like this card. This 20% discounts are a great bonus as is the points you earn.

I cannot say much in terms of customer service because I have not called them.

Approval was easy for me. Applied online and was approved on the spot. Score: 693 (TU I think). CL was $1200.

After having this card for 2 years, I would say that this would be a great card if you really are a football fan and you use points for things like jerseys and even tickets for your team. Sometimes, tickets are to be gotten for 20k points and if you have them available, that saves you quite a bit.

Having been given a low limit, I got a CLI after 1 year to $3k. So I have no complaints.

In initially applied with a score of 709 and instantly got approved for 1500 Cl. I called the customer service line and asked for an increase, it was increased to 5000 CL. Customer service has been great so far, still waiting for my card though...

I have been been religiously paying down my other cc debt and am now left with my student loans only. I have used this card many times at nfl.com and their stores.

Before I got this card, I had 2 secured cards. One is the First Progress ($300 limit) and the other was a Cap One ($300) limit as well. This is finally my first unsecured no annual fee card and will be using this going forward.

My aim is to build up my credit to a higher score (over 700) and get another unsecured card or two. Then I will cancel the 2 secured cards and avoid paying their annual fee.

I got the cowboys design. This was a couple of years back when there was a 40,000 bonus sign up (which is not around now). Got a nice $8k CL.

Used the points for a jersey and managed to use it once for a ticket as well.

One thing I have found out about Barclays Bank is that they are very particular over the number of inquiries that you have had. I got a $500 CL with a 630ish type score.

I called to get for a CLI since my other cards give me at least 3k limit. But I was denied because the CSR said that I had too many inquiries. Yes, it is true that I had tried to apply for 6 cards within the last 9 months (a couple were not successful).

I think to get the best chance of a good CL, you need to not apply for any credit for at least 6 months.

I initially got a $600 CL which I was quite pissed about considering that my score was in the low to mid 700s. But after 6 months, my I had a CLI to $4000.

It appears to me that Barclays was simply checking me out. I did use my card and paid off my balance every month and on time. I guess they figured I would be a good customer (although having said that, other issuers like Amex and Chase have been much more generous with their CL when I applied).

I find that Barclays is a very good company for building up your credit. If you are looking to steadily improve yours, then this card would be great. I got a very small $700 CL to start. But after 6 months of paying on time, I got it increased to $1500. Then after another year, it got increased to $3000.

One of the perks that is not frequently mentioned here and other sites is the fact that you can get 2X points when you use this card to pay for your Direct TV subscription (NFL). The jerseys is what I am aiming for and it looks like I need a long time before I can even earn enough points for a superbowl ticket!

My credit took a hit when I had medical issues years ago. Since then, I have been trying my best to rebuild my credit. I have gotten myself a cap one secured card and was looking to upgrade to a conventional no annual fee card.

I applied for this card when my score was around 638 and got a $500 CL. Got my sign up bonus pretty quickly and have been paying off my bills on time all the time. After a year, I found out that my CL has been increased to $2000 automatically. I am obviously very pleased about this. Can't recommend this card enough.

I am a patriot fan and got this card for points since I like to buy 'jerseys'! So far, I am pretty happy with the card. Got the sign up bonus and saved quite a bit at the nfl.com store the first time I used the card there.

If I recall correctly, my score was about in the 700s when I got this card a year or so ago. Got a $1500 CL. I asked for a CLI and got it to $3000. I don't accumulate too many points, but they help save some money when I shop at nfl.com (which is not often).

9 months ago, I was declined for the Juniper apple card (which is actually Barclays!). But I was approved for $1600 CL on a 683 score. There was also a 0% BT deal too for 12 months. Great card in terms of approval but I cannot comment on customer service now.

I was declined about 8 month ago when I applied for a plain old citi card. Prior to that Chase declined me for their slate card. My score was about 715 when I applied for this card and I got approved for $4k CL. Thanks Barclays and to hell with Citi and Chase.

Prior to this, I had 2 cards. Cap One (the one with annual fee) and an old Orchard Bank Mastercard. I had a total of $900 CL between these 2 cards. After 3 attempts with Cap One and 2 with Orchard, I was still declined for a credit line increase.

I took the plunge on this card figuring that since I am a eagles fan, I will earn some points if I get approved. And I did get approved. Card arrived 5 days after.

Score was 682 and CL $1.4k when I was approved.

My history is rather short (about 1 year and 8 months). Prior to this, I have a Cap One secured card (with my $300 deposit and CL). I have to pay an annual fee for this. But ever since I got this, I have paid in full always and have never been late.

Applied and was approved instantly for $1500. Also got the 10k bonus after $100 spend.

I am a 49ers fan and am glad that I got this card with a design of my favorite team as my card. My score ain't great (532) but I got approved for $500. So this card serves two purposes. I get to build my credit with a no annual fee card from a reputable issuer and also get to have my team as my card picture.

My score was shot to pieces. But I was approved for a $500 CL (586 score). The approval process took a few days. I was asked if I wanted to do a balance transfer during the process but did not put anything down. I might have been turned down since the line I got was so low!

I really have no need for this card. But I am an eagle fan and want my card to have that design. Throw in the bonus and I have used the points for a jersey already. Will probably never put that much on the card for a superbowl ticket but you never know.
