My comments here mainly focus on customer service (which is really poor in my opinion). I had a couple of issues with regards to charges and even points redemption and they just do not seem knowledgeable.

The rewards are good. Points post promptly. And I can also check my TU score (which is absolutely great). But Barclays really needs to look at their customer service.

I got a tiny $2000 CL with a mid 700 score! Most of my other cards give me at least $8000 in CL (that is my lowest). Don't understand Barclays at all.

Perhaps the explanation might have been that I applied and got approved for a Chase card 4 months ago and got a $12,000 CL. But still, if Chase was willing to give me that sort of CL, couldn't Barclays could have given me at least half of that?
