The card is ok but customer service could use some improvements. They do not seem to be on the same page and often give me different answers to the same questions.
Having said all that, I have been using the responsibly and only charging like $35 a month on the card and paying it off on time and in full. My score has already gone up 40 points after 5 months.

The website and online tools are bad. User interface is poor. They better revamp their website cos most other banks have much better websites than this.
Still I cannot complain about them giving me a chance with hard pull after I had been turned down by issuers like Credit One!
