Have had this card for about 3 yrs and have yet to get an increase. In fact, I have been turned down every time I asked. I pay my bill on time every month and currently have a "0" balance. I see by the posts I am not the only one without an increase and there are varied credit scores. The ads all say an increase is possible after 5 months of on-time payments and account in good standing...obviously they forgot to list some other requirements since increases aren't happening...LOL

My score is over 700 and I got a mail for this card! Can you believe it? Obviously did not apply for it.

I had a $19.99 unauthorized charge and I could not even dispute it. Was lucky it was only this small amount. I just sucked it up and will be cancelling my card.
