While I was researching cards for my rebuilding, I came across cards from First Premier and Continental Finance. Then I got an offer in the mail from Show. The AF was $75, CL was $350 and interest was 22%. This is better than FP or Continental so I applied, got approved and have been using it since. I really hope my scores improve a lot within a year so I could get back into "prime" cards.

Got a pre-approved mail - $75 annual fee with $350 credit line. Applied online but did not get approved immediately. Was approved 10 days later. After six months of using the card, I got an increase to $700 (which is nice). Just make sure you pay on time and you should get that increase. And I did not have to pay for it as well.

To be honest, the fees are actually ok. I got the one with the $75 annual fee. However, the online services are limited. I could not pay from my bank account and they only allowed me to pay twice a month.

My credit got hit so I am not going to complain about fees on credit cards when I am rebuilding. Having said that, the AF is ok. I also have their sister cards - Blaze and Legacy. They are all abou the same. With 3 of these cards, my total AF works out to $175 which is not bad considering First Premier's fees alone are that.

The online payments aren't great compared to regular banks.

I was offered this card for $1,500 limit, 22.4% APR and a $50 annual fee. I decided to accept it since other cards seemed to be charging a lot more fees (AF + monthly fees as well). The APR looks ok as well since I was also getting offers in the 29.9% region. Customer service was friendly and said that after 6 months or so, I should get an automatic CLI if I pay on time. We'll see how that works. But $1500 CL is pretty good since I was getting $300 for my Credit One and First Premier.

I got an offer in the mail. $75 AF and $350 limit. I accepted it and used it every month and PIF as well. After 6 months, I got an auto CLI to $700 without asking. They also did not charge any fees for that. If you are looking for card that gives automatic CLI, this is a good one. Do not get First Premier since they charge you for credit line increases. Also, I used to have Indigo and they do not give CLI at all.

The Show credit card is for rebuilders. After the 2009 financial crisis, my home went under and car got repossessed. My score plunged as a result. I got rejected for many cards but actually got an invitation from Show. I applied and got approved with a $50 annual fee.

This card is obviously not for everyone but it sure helped me.
