Got this card right after my bankruptcy was finalized and it has served its purpose for helping me rebuild. I only use it once a month and pay the balance without any issues. The one issue I don't like, is that it takes 5-7 business days for them to credit the payments you make on the account. It is a very antiquated process, but probably saves them money in some way. I will keep this for emergency purchases only, but will keep it at a zero balance.

I got a statement today for my annual fee and no card yet so let’s see if it comes tommorrow. That is what kept it from getting 5 stars. But the customer service was nice and easy to get a hold of. If u want to avoid fees, pay the balance off each month and u won’t see a dime of interest. And avoid cash advances. If I’m
Not mistaken you can you *speedpay with your debit card and that will free up your account and funds faster. That’s what I was told. And yes there are phone numbers and live agents.

Accepted this card to bump up my total available credit. Original interest rate has dropped and I keep the balance at $0 (remember you don't need to carry a balance to build credit). Pay on time every time and score jumps. It won't happen overnight. Be patient and credit will improve. Cheers!

My experience with Reflex credit card has been a positive one. My only suggestion if you're told to expect a credit increase in 6 months, don't hold your breath. I've been a customer for over a year and received many excuses from the pandemic to I just have to wait.

This card really helps with the small things, like little emergencies we never plan for that pop up when we really can't afford them. New tires, broken phone, things like that.

I didn't think I'd get approved for any credit cards. Every app I sent in was "Sorry, declined." Until I got sent this card offer in the mail! Now I have a brand new credit card! Yay! This is probably one of the easiest cards to get out there.

I had poor credit a few years and got a few credit cards to try and change that. I went from a 460 to 600 in about 2 years. I have read many bad reviews about this card and have had no bad experience with it. I have a $500 limit and I know it will never go up but the card has served it's purpose. Some people just can't figure out a simple website or plan ahead to pay their bills on time.
