My Fico8 Transunion score is 618 and this is what Walmart pulled.

My income isn't very high and I have a 90-day late payment from the Summer of 2018 (about 5 months ago). I am now currently up to date on all my debts. I have some debt that I am regularly paying off (my utilization is at about 90%). Obviously, my credit is not very good. BUT I STILL GOT APPROVED!

A few months ago I applied for this card (when my FICO score was in the mid-500s, my debt was much higher, and my "baddies" were far too fresh) and got rejected. I felt at the time that it was hopeless and that I'd never qualify for this card which really bummed me about because this is the store card I wanted most since I shop at Walmart anyway.

I'm grateful for my other store card which is only for online purchases (and which I got only for rebuilding purposes). Sure, I can find something I like there, but nothing that is a necessity. In months where money is tight, I still have to buy groceries and gas, and I can do this with the Walmart card *and* I can be building my credit at the same time.

I'm quite thrilled that I qualified for this. I wish the limit were higher, but after my recent denial, I'm just grateful to be in.

I was rebuilding my credit after some bad financial times. This card is amazing-always there when I'm in a crunch.

Great card, I use it frequently. It is very easy to get credit limit increases, even monthly, the card is easy to use. My payments always process on time and the website is easy to use. I really wish that they would upgrade me to the MasterCard, hopefully this year. I would recommend this card to everyone.

I've had the card for over 7 years now. I use it for basically everything. My credit limit was originally approved at $700. I have never had a late payment, usually keep the balance at zero or close to it. Several members of my family use my account quite often. As long as they pay on time I don't mind and neither does Walmart. I love the Walmart stores and the credit card. Just received a letter stating that they will be changing my account to a Walmart Mastercard. So far I have absolutely no complaints.

I applied not expecting much. I just got approved on a Target card so I thought I would give Walmart a try. $500. Not bad considering 1 year ago the only cards I could get approved on were secure cards. I started rebuilding my credit about 2 years ago with a $200 Capitol One card. Now I have a revolving credit of $20,000. Lots of work in 2 years but if you're patient and pay ON TIME ALL THE TIME the credit card companies will notice. I get pre-approval letters every week now. I'm becoming a little more picky on which Credit Cards I apply for.

Approved after being denied a few months before. They pulled Experian which is the lowest of my scores. 3 medical collections, short history but I have several cards, low utilization 4% and a commercial loan open.

Applied for card in October 2015 after applying for Amazon Prime Card. Got instant approval for $1600 for the Walmart Mastercard not store card. Waited two months made on time payments which were triple the minimum payment due, called in december 2015 asked for increase to $10k countered back at $8k and this was while i was on an app spree and got approved for 5 more cards in one month all from sycnhrony bank and got all those increased a couple months later. Calling customer service is pointless have to call credit solutions they will do everything they can to help you. FYI started my rebuilding in April 2015 with a Cap 1 Platinum with a $300 credit limit. Now its January 2016 and I have over $38K in credit from all credit cards. Call Credit Solutions they will help believe me

I screwed up my credit when I was 21, and I have been working on rebuilding it for the last 18 months. I have a Jareds card with a CL of 6k, a Capital 1 platinum $500, Capital 1 quicksilver $300 both unsecured. I also have a belk card at $500, and amazon card at $800. I applied for the Walmart card after I recieved a pre-approval in the mail. I got instant approval for $500, and 5 months later they raised my CL to $1200. My score has risen about 3 points every month even with the credit inquiries!!! I think my credit profile in diverse enough that I can stop applying and just ride out the Credit limit increases now!

Went through a divorce ten years ago and my credit went down the tubes. 13 months ago I had no credit. Capital One gave me $300 unsecured (it's now $2500), was approved for a new car loan, Another Capital One card in January ($500 CL), Fingerhut card in January ($700, now $1100 CL), $1K CU card, and I took a chance and was approved for a WM card($800 CL). I'll ride it out Dow a few months and apply for more. Any suggestions?
