I would say that this card is ok. Citi markets it well to young folks with the rewards. I personally would prefer cash back and in fact, my next card would be a cash back card rather than a "rewards" card.

I do not really like their website interface. It is not really intuitive.

I gave this card a 3 star overall. It is not the best nor the worst. It is ok for a starter card.

I have had both good and bad experiences with this card. The good part is that I like their rewards. I find nice rewards at Citi's Marketplace and like using the points on amazon.

Customer service was not too pleasant. Their service centers are clearly outsourced overseas and I have had difficulty understanding them.

I was an international student when I got this card. I first opened a bank account with Citi. Then after about 2 months, I applied at the branch and got approved. It is a good card and I like earning points at diners and restaurants.
