Yes. Since May 2015, Discover allows secured card members to apply to increase their deposit amount. Once you are approved, you can proceed to increase your deposit amount (and hence your credit limit). You can also called their customer service number at 1-800-347-3085 to apply for a credit limit increase.

Yes, you can graduate to an unsecured Discovered credit card. Discover will do automatic monthly reviews on your account after eight months for graduation to an unsecured credit card.

To be at least 18 years old
Have a social security number (SSN)
Have a US Address
Have a bank account - you should have your a/c number and routing number available when you apply
Other usual credit card application information including mortgage or rent payments

Yes, you will get your deposit back when you graduate to an unsecured credit card or when you decide to close your Discover secured card and have paid up everything.
