Below are credit cards that Celtic Bank issues on behalf of others.

KEY FEAUTURES
The Reflex Mastercard is marketed by Continental Finance and issued by Celtic Bank. It starts you off with a credit limit ranging from $300 to $1,000. The card has two key features. The first is that your credit limit will double after paying the first 6 months on time. That means your credit limit after 6 months will ranging from $600 to $2,000. The second key feature is that their fees and rates vary. That means that if you have credit scores in the upper range of the "bad credit spectrum" (around 650), you are likely to get a card with lower fees and higher credit limits. If your credit score and profile are at the lower range of the "bad credit spectrum", then expect to pay higher fees and get a lower credit limit.
Reflex also provides a free Vantage 3.0 score from Experian and has a mobile app. They also offer a pre-approval soft pull process with no impact on your credit score.
SHORTCOMINGS
Those with credit scores and profile at the lower end of the bad credit range will get terms with higher fees and rates.
KEY TERMS
Annual Fee - $75 - $99
Monthly Fee - None during first year, then $0 - $10 a month
Regular APR - 24.99% - 29.99%

Those with credit scores and profile in the low 500 range should expect to pay both an annual fee and monthly fee and also likely get a $300 starting credit limit.
