Got a premier bank card secured credit card with a $300 limit. Always paid on time but their customer service and website sucks. We cancelled this card a few days ago and they informed us that they will not return the $300 to us because it is a regular credit card. In other words, they screwed me out of $300 by converting the card without my permission or knowledge. I would avoid this card company like the plague. They WILL screw you too.
