A card that is ideally suited for the small business owner who uses AT&T as their phone or wireless provider. Apple owners may find this a good card to get as well! They key features of this card are the ability to earn more points with AT&T product and services purchases, but also on other business expense.

The AT&T Universal Business Rewards Card is a small business credit card by Citi that is targeted at business owners who use AT&T as their phone providers and it allows them to earn more reward points when they use their card on AT&T expenses. Rewards - Cardholders can earn 5 ThankYou Points® (ThankYou is the reward program for Citi) for every dollar you spent on eligible AT&T products and services. Furthermore, you can also earn 3 ThankYou Points for every dollar spent on purchases at certain office supply merchants, gas stations, and on professional services. (for those who are curious, Professional services are defined as stand-alone tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and legal services providers that provide their respective services to businesses). For other regular purchases, you earn 1 point for every dollar that you spend on the card.

You can earn up to 100,000 points in one calendar year.

Annual Fee - There is no annual fee for this card. You can get additional cards for your employees (where you can set their limits) and there is no annual fee for that as well. New cardholders get a 0% Intro APR* on purchases for six months.

Verdict - The AT&T Universal Business Rewards Card will appeal to folks who own a small business and use AT&T as their phone or data provider and are looking for an all round rewards credit card. The fact that you can earn extra points on expenses like gasoline, merchant supplies and professional services means that a small businessperson can rack up points pretty quickly. These points can then be redeemed for travel, merchandise, gift cards etc on Citi's ThankYou Reward program. If you fit the above profile, then this is a card to consider for your small business.
