Chase Sapphire Preferred Card The Chase Sapphire Preferred Card is the best sign up bonus card for both Continental, United and British Airways. Right now, new cardholders can get 50,000 bonus miles if you spend $3,000 within three months. The unique feature of this card is that you can transfer points to Continental and British Airways. And you can transfer Continental and United miles since the airlines have merged.

Citi� Gold / AAdvantage� World MasterCard� The Citi® Gold/AAdvantage® World MasterCard® is designed for folks who fly American Airlines. You get 30,000 bonus miles if you spend $750 within 3 months. With this card, you also need 5,000 less miles to redeem for tickets.
Continental Airlines OnePass� Plus Card The Continental Airlines OnePlus® Plus Card has a generous 25,000 bonus miles after you first purchase. You can earn an additional 5,000 bonus miles when you add an authorized user. You can also earn an extra 10,000 bonus miles a year if you spend $25,000 on the card. The first year annual fee is waived as well. Given the Continental and United Airlines will merge, frequent flyers of both airlines should consider this card.
United Mileage Plus� Select� Visa CardThe United Mileage Plus® Signature Visa® Card is the entry level United card. You can earn 25,000 bonus miles after spending $250 on the card and also an upgrade certificate. You get an additional 5,000 bonus miles when you add an authorized user. You can also earn an extra 10,000 bonus miles a year if you spend $25,000 on the card.
