The PenFed Premium Travel Rewards American Express® Card is PenFed's rewards credit cards. It is one of the rare cards that allow you to earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on airfare purchases. From now till the end of the year, you also earn 3 points for every dollar you spend on hotels. Card members also have access to 600+ Luxury VIP Global Airport Lounge Access with $15,000 annual spend on the card. It also comes with a conciege service and has no foreign transaction fee. Spend $650 in the first three months and you get 20,000 bonus points.

The PenFed Promise VISA Card will appeal to folks who want a card with a low interest rate. At present, new card members can get a balance transfer rate of 7.49% for 36 months (with no balance transfer fee). Like all Penfed cards, there is no foreign transaction fee, which also makes it ideal for folks who travel.
