Business Charge Cards
The main issuer of business charge cards is American Express and Chase. Below are charge cards available in the market today.

Chase has gotten into the business charge card business with the introduction of the
Ink Bold with Ultimate Rewards. This card is meant to compete directly with Amex, and in particular the Amex Green Rewards Business Card. The key difference between the two cards is really their airline and hotel partners for their reward program. With this card, you could transfer points to Continental, British Airways, Marriott, Hyatt, Priority Club and Amtrak. The membership rewards has a totally different set of partners. The other great thing about this card is that you can earn additional anniversary bonus based on how much you spend on the card. If you spend $100,000 in one calendar year, you will earn 47,000 additional points. Right now, new cardholders can get 25,000 bonus points.

The
The Plum Card® from American Express OPEN is perhaps the most innovative card to be issued recently. There will be two sorts of folks who would like this card. Firstly, if you pay your bills in full within 10 days of your cycle date, this card will allow you to earn 1.5% cash rebates on all your purchases. If your business requires an extra line of credit, this card essentially gives you a
0% financing for 60 days. Read our review to find out how this works.

The
The Gold Card from American Express OPEN is one of the more popular business charge cards. Like the regular American Express charge cards, they have a great reward program in Membership Rewards. This card will appeal to the business owner who pays their bills every month in full and travels a lot (guarantees room reservation when you use the card). It will also suit those who does a lot of entertaining (you get advanced booking for events).

The
The Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN is an upgrade from the Gold Card. The key additional feature is the concierge service (which is great because I've used it many times) and the international airline companion ticket program. The International Airline Program has partnerships with airlines and allows you to get a free companion ticket when you book either a business class or first class ticket. This card will appeal to those in the entertainment industry or consultants who fly overseas for their businesses. Or it will simply appeal to the business owner that wants great travel rewards, a concierge service.

The
Business Green Rewards Card from American Express OPEN is the most basic and entry level business charge card. Like the gold and platinum version, they have membership rewards as their reward program. It only does not have the fancy perks of the gold and platinum card. For the business owner who simply wants to earn Membership Reward points without the frills that come with the other cards, then this card will suit you.
