There are 2 versions of the Starwood card, the business version and the consumer version. They are essentially identical but the business version allows you to get anywhere from 3% to 25% discounts with merchant partners of the American Express OPEN Savings program. So if you are looking to save more money, this might be a better deal. You do not need a business to get the business version. If you just use your SS number, you will be treated as a sole proprietor.
