Every year, you are entitled to one free companion ticket (domestic flights within the 48 US States) when you book a ticket with Spirit Incentives. You have to either call them or book on their online site. When you log into their site, you will be asked to choose either the "companion ticket" or "15 percent discount" section. Once you have used up your companion ticket for the year, you will no longer have that as an option the next time you log into the account until the next calendar year. The booking needs to be at least for 4 days. It can be a single trip, round trip and multi destination tickets. For the multi destination tickets, the point of departure for the returning trip does not have to be the same port of arrival. Open tickets, open trips and stopovers are not allowed. The tickets are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

The answer is yes you can. When you book your flight at Spirit's web site, you have to enter your FF account number for both yourself and your companion. That way, the account will recorded and your miles should be credited into your account. If it is not, a phone call to the airlines' frequent flier department should do the trick.
Do I earn ThankYou Points on both tickets?
You will earn ThankYou points on how much you pay for the tickets. So the one ticket cost $600 and it includes the companion ticket, then you will earn 600 points
So I earn ThankYou Flight Points for both tickets?
You will earn ThankYou Flight points for the main ticket and the companion ticket.
Can Additional or Authorized card members entitled to free companion ticket?
Yes, it appears that authorized users are treated as separate accounts. So if your account has an authorized user, you will be able to get 2 free companion tickets a year.
Are prices on the Spirit Incentives sight more than the airline site or with sites like Kayak.com?
Different people have different experiences depending on when they book the flight and which cities they are traveling from. Some folks have said the prices are exactly identical to Kayak. For the companion ticket section, prices can be for example $100 higher for a single ticket. But because you are getting a companion ticket, you are still saving money with this.
