Angry Chase's Bad Business Ethics and Late Fees. - please comment

Hello, I been having some issues with my credit card and I came across this website. I been getting late fees charged to my Chase credit card account for the past 2 months, did some research and found out that I was not the only one with the same problem. Some things I noticed that those of us with this problem have in common are:

-Paperless statements.
-Signed up for the "free e-mail alerts" to remind you about upcoming payment due dates, but these never reach your inbox.
-Are Washington Mutual costumers as well.
-High interest rates.
-New, unknown, monthly fee of $10 plus 5% of balance charge.
-Can't speak to a manager at costumer service.
-Some costumers were automatically added to the paperless service.
-Payment Due Dates jump all over the calendar days.

Many of the costumer reviews I read decided to put a solution to this monthly nightmare, they closed the account(s). Although this is probably the easiest and safest way out, we can not let this go on any longer.
These are only some of the similarities I found, there are more. I think everyone must be aware of this and we should all do something about this. I plan on closing that account. Hopefully we can be heard.
