Can CC report you as late when you are not late???

This is really bothering me and I hope someone can lead me in the right direction on what to do.

I have been paying my debt off for 3 yrs straight through Care One. 3 of my CC.....First Premire Bank (due date was at the end of the month), Orchard Bank (due date was at the end of the month), and Imagine (due date was between 17-20 of the month) reported many late payments during the time I was paying them off thur my DMP. I paid my DMP on the 1st of the month and they sent out the payments between the 9-14 of the month. First Premire told me that because I was making the minimal payment on a over the limit balance, my payments are still considered late.

So How am I Late????????

I symphatize you with this but I think the best thing to do right now is contact your bank and I'm sure they are in the best position to answer all your queries as well as the best position for this... you have to review carefully all the rules and agreements you have with them. goodluck
