Pentagon Union gas cash rewards card???

Anyone have experience with this card? I was thinking of signing up for one. It seems like a great deal. However, they require you to open a savings account with them. The way I understand it...the account needs a $5 minimum to open, but there's a monthly $10 fee if the balance is less than $500 :? Am I reading that correctly? Also, how's their customer service?

Well, I have had PenFed CasBack Card since 04/08 and describe my experience by one word - superb!
I opened only share ( kind of savings account) for $5, to become eligible I joined NMFA for $25, if you open checking too, you need maintain balance of $500 to avoid fee.

PenFed's CS is the best, domestic, polite, knowledgable, patient and open 24/7.

Highly recommend.
