50k Business Credit Card debt on Amex - Recommendations

I have around 50k of Business credit card debt on Amex Blue card. My business is an LLC and is not doing well. If I close the business down am I personally liable for debt? Funny thing is Amex closed all my accounts down since I had too much credit line with them. So my account is officially closed but my payment terms still remain which is 5% for life of balance. So if I close business what are my options?
