Default Which card?

I am a frequent flyer on both United and Continental. I have both the United card and Continental Cards. However, I do not want to pay the annual fee for both. Was wondering if I should just get the Amex charge card? Would appreciate any ideas from anyone who is in the same situation (or more or less the same)..

it depends how often you fly on both these airlines. Do you fly more with continental or united?

maybe the solution is to just get one airline card (the one you fly most often). Also, check if both airlines are partners. If they are, you can use miles on either one to get tickets from both.

Do most cards specify the airline or do some cards go as the thankyou card the lowest price fare?
