united mileage plus visa - dont want to pay annual fee

I have the united airlines mileage plus visa. Comes with a $60 and you earn one mile for every $1 (no double miles). I also thought paying the fee is only worth it if you can earn double miles. Is there a way where I can avoid paying the annual fee?

I have the chase flexible rewards and they allow you to transfer points into mileage plus miles. Nearly one for one transfer, no annual fee, it looks like a better deal than your UA card.

yes, where can you find this info? am a frequent flyer with ua and continental. Thought about getting the starwood card, but this looks interesting.

this info is not availble on the web. Chase is one of those issuers that only give you the reward catalog or login access after you are approved for the card! But you can transfer points to UA, Continental and BA with the points earned on the flex rewards program. Ratio is slightly less than 1 for 1 - but you pay no annual fee.

this is interesting. I fly ua, continental and us airways. Got the starwood recently and kept my amex gold. But this chase flexible rewards card looks interesting.
