		<description>Sounds rough considering I have Citi banking and credit products too. FWIW, I&#039;ve never had a problem transferring a payment on my account and my customer service experience has always been positive. What I can confirm though is that I can&#039;t get my Citicard and Citibank issues handle under one department. I have to call two different numbers because each subsidiary&#039;s customer service doesn&#039;t  have access to the other (although as a customer we can see both on our account log in page.)</description>
