As for my time, it depends on the situation and whether I have the family with me. If the kids are by my side then I don’t have time to argue in most situations. If not, well then it depends on my mood. Seriously. Some days I could be like a trial lawyer, others I let it go. But I agree that companies should be held accountable to their promises. An honest company will bring my business back.
