I so agree with United Mileage Plus. I often book my clients reward travel reservations. United makes it difficult, to say the least. They DO prohibit you from selling any partner carrier on their website and you are forced to call their 800 number and wait on hold for an hour or more for information that could have otherwise easily been obtained on a website. Other airlines websites are easy to use. I can book confidently and assuredly on Delta/AA/US and CO. Not so with United. When I did speak to a UA agent, she was most helpful. I do NOT know why UA forces a phone call, when the website SHOULD be set up to sell partner airlines space, while redeeming UA mileage.
