The business was a Subchapter S Corporation and simply crumbled under the crushing weight of severe economic conditions. Due to the new laws that went into affect concerning "Advesary Complaints" the creditors were making great effort to make me personally liable for the company's debt. As you can imagine, the bankruptcy is reeking havock on my personal Credit Report; difficulties applying for jobs...difficulty in launching new business adventures, etc. I would like to add a "Consumer Statement" to my Credit Report.
