How to prove that someone is an authorized user?

by Mr Credit Card

I am married and my husband and I are getting a divorce, however, my attorney wants me to prove that my husband is an authorized user of the credit card that we both have. However, he took all of the receipts, statements with his and my name signed to the credit card receipts.

How do I produce this evidence for my attorney? Mind you that their is two cards issued with the same no.#?

Help?

Ms. Gloria C.

Answer – Since you are the main account holder, just do the following.

You can log on into your account and retrieve past statements online (credit card issuers normally have them for at least a year). Your statements should have your husband as an authorized user. You should be able to print this in a pdf format.

Your online account should also show proof that your husband is an authorized user.

This should be easy to resolve.
