Dear Sir or Madame:

I am working with the National Credit Regular for South Africa and specifically looking at their Debt Counselors and what their responsibilities are how they cvan be held accountable for their complying with their responsibilities.

Could you please assist by providing me with some information on the subject, copy of a job description or mandate would be very helpful.

Whatever you can do to assist will be very much appreciated.

Thank you and best regards.

20 years ago I went to a NON-PROFIT consumer credit counselling service. They wouln't help us because our monthly expenses were more than our income. It was a big disappointment.
