		<description>Are those in order?  I would think 5 and 4 are by far the most easily doable.  The nice thing about both getting another job and selling high priced (read expensive hobbies) is that they have 2nd order effects.  The more time you work, the less time you have to spend money.  And the fewer the expensive items, the lese money you spend with associated costs (fuel for the boat, ski lift tickets, greens fees, etc.)</description>
