Hello,

I am currently under chapter 13 and I still have three years remaining. I want to request for a modification on my home loan, but part of the payment to the trustee include back mortgage payments. Do you think the bank will work with me if that is the case? I have an 1/5 ARM loan and it will adjust by the end of this year. I am afraid that any attempt to modify my loan will toss my chapter 13 out the window.

If you operate and OWN a small c-corp company, how do you use your company to submit to credit bureaus that says you are making your "High" payments on time? please email me.

What is the quickest time period I can pay the loan back in and still raise my credit, assuming I am starting with no credit at all?

This is an excellent method for raising one's credit score! Borrowing against CD-secured collateral enabled me to open a new loan with my credit union (which appeared on the aforementioned reports) to pay off high-interest unsecured debt from a major bank. The credit card financer reported a reduction in revolving credit for the amount collateralized (in this case 1,000) at the same time the credit union reported a new open loan. These simple steps raised my score 40 points in less than a month. The collateral can easily be recycled upon loan maturity to pay off other high-interest debt and built upon by direct deposit. Why pay potential collateral directly to a credit card company or bank when you can reuse it time again? Just make all loan payments as agreed!
