They had over estimated the Title fees and sent me a check for about $4. I forgot about it, and they sent a followup letter saying they noticed I haven't cashed the check and if I need to have the check reissued to contact them. I did cash the check and the same day I did I received a call from them asking if I had received the check and If I had cashed it. I told them yes I cashed it this morning. Very friendly.
