Black Friday Deals Year Round For Credit Card Holders
by Mr Credit CardTomorrow, lots of folks will be rushing out to get their “Black Friday Specials”. They will be squeezing with the crowds and rude customers and perhaps even fighting over the “last item on the shelf”. Well, credit card holders of certain cards actually have kind of a Black Friday deals the whole year round. What do I mean?
What is mean is that there are credit cards who have their own shopping portals where you can get discounts from online stores if you use your credit card and access these online stores from by logging into your credit card account. Here are a couple of cards that really have great shopping portals.
The Discover Card for example has their shopping mall called shopdiscover.com. They have over a hundred partners and if you shop with them through Discover and use your Discover Card (obviously), you can get 5% to 20% cash rebates (which to me is the same as a discount).
The Chase Freedom also offers such a shopping portal. They actually have slightly more merchants than Discover but the rebate payout is slightly less for most online store partners. But they have overlapping partners with Discover and sometimes one card pays a higher rebate.
The best thing about these portals is that you get discounts or rebates the whole year round. So before you go online shopping check out these shopping portals if you have either of these cards. If you don’t, you might want to consider applying for one. You can check our review by clicking on the links above.

The Discover card you mentioned has the better cash rebates IMO. Also, it is kind of cool that Bank of America account holders have something similar when they log into manage any of their online accounts.
