		<description>i think chase may have had some lingering 2-cycle billing.  i just got a finance charge on a &quot;residual balance&quot;, despite having paid in full by the due date.  to me it seemed that it was a 2-cycle billing charge.  I pointed out the finance charge and chase reversed the fee, though.</description>
