		<description>Disgraceful AMEX ! Latest spoof / scam - witholding acceptance on payment; item identified as &quot; suspected fraudulent transaction&quot; for purchasing airline tickets. Upon speaking to AMEX advised thus &quot; we will let the transaction go through but only if you make a payment to us immediately from your debit card !!!&quot;. So, 30 day credit gimmick not in operation, just a very pricey Debit Card - disgraceful....</description>

		<description>I just got my AMEX Platinum statement, and noticed they charged me $40.00 for assistance for booking airline tickets. What the heck is the point of paying $450.00 per year for the card f they charge you 10% of that cost each time you take advantage of one of the touted  &quot;benefits&quot; of the Platinum card?  At this point, I&#039;m seriously considering dumping the Platinum card, as I just may not be traveling enough to justify the so-called benefits.  (They can keep Departures magazine)....</description>
