How long have you had this card?: less than 1 year
Rewards and Benefits: Excellent - I really make use of them
Cost and Fees: Excellent - no annual fee and low apr
Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : "Everyday purchases" is broader than I expected. Many resturants and Super Wal-Mart were surprises at 3% rebate. Chase fails to mention that it takes 6+ weeks from the day you request a rebate check to arrival in your mailbox. This delay is consistent. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India and Mexico (based on names and accents). I have received numerous false or contradictory responses from their web-based support area. If you're diligent to request and follow-up on your rebate checks, this may be the best card around for high-volume purchasing. We earn $100+ each month. --David

The Chase Ultimate Cash Award Card is no longer offerd by Chase. If you were considering this card, you should look at the Blue Cash® from American Express , which has almost identical rebate formula.
