Rewards and Benefits: Excellent - I really make use of them
Cost and Fees: Excellent - no annual fee and low apr
Customer Service: Excellent - went out of their way to resolve my questions
Comments : The one time I had to dispute a charge, I was able to complete the paperwork online and the entire issue was resolved with no further effort. I love getting cash back, it's a huge bonus with the price of gas these days. I can only complain that Amex isn't accepted everywhere, otherwise, I use it more than any other card.
