Rewards and Benefits: Poor - not happy, looking for a new card perhaps.

Customer Service: OK
Comments : I got this card and and got my bonus points. But the main thing about this card I cannot earn double miles. And I still have to pay the annual fee. I have now stopped flying with American Airlines and so will probably stop using this card.

Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : Yep - got my bonus miles and use it so often. Still can't believe I'm paying the fee and cannot earn double miles. Called customer service a couple of times and service was once OK, once not so good.

Comments : Got the platinum version but realized that I could not earn double miles so I downgraded to the Gold version for slightly less annual fee
